How to improve your sleep: Eye Masks

Your sleep is extremely important, so making sure you get those 7-8 hours a night is a must. How do you create an environment that's ideal for sleeping? For most, this means cool, dark and quiet. Darkness is a major factor in insuring a beneficial sleep. Eye masks can be a tremendous help in allowing you to sleep longer and more deeply. This is especially true on planes or in homes with large areas of natural lighting. Sleeping masks are also great for the spouse who wants to sleep while you read late at night!
