For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any duvets, pillows or featherbeds.
The cost of shipping any items returned to Au Lit Fine Linens will be paid by the customer.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders, which include custom measurements, custom stitch colours and non-regular stock items.
We offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days after the customer has received and signed for the goods. Refunds must be processed online only by calling 1 800 363 6080 (Monday to Friday 10am-6pm.) Packages must be returned to the mailing address below. After inspecting to ensure all items are in perfect condition, payment will be refunded. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all merchandise that has to be pressed and repackaged. If you are located in Toronto, you may return the goods to the store and your refund will be processed online within 48 hours. We do not offer credit notes online.
