Au Lit featured in Style at Home

We're thrilled to see our Bella Notte Olivia lace pillow cases featured in the March issue of Style at Home. The 'Out of the Blue' article, features up-and-coming designer Stacey Cohen's new Toronto condo. We love how she created the illusion of a headboard with just some paint and a stencil. And if we may say so ourselves, the lace pillow cases are the perfect finishing touch to her ultra feminine bed. (Thank you to Ann Marie over at Style at Home for thinking of us!)

Bella Notte pillow cases, $163 each. Available in store.

"...it’s taking me a while to finish this one because, well, my bed is so cozy. If the novel I’m reading doesn’t have a compelling enough plot, I tend to drift off pretty quickly. A Moveable Feast, as delicious as it is, just can’t compete with the powerful lulling effect of my reading place." - Joanna Goodman
The Wedding Co. Show 2012 from Luis Moreira on Vimeo.
This beautiful video was created by the team at Images Weddings. They did an amazing job capturing the beauty, elegance and creativity of the Wedding Co. Show. We're so thrilled to have been apart of it. Jump to 2:49 to see our little cameo!
In case you missed us on Steven & Chris recently, we wanted to share it with you here. The focus for the segment was "lace", a strong trend right now in both home and fashion. They featured our Toile Blue bedding with our Lavato lace trimmed flat sheet and some of our lacy cushions and shams. You can click on the image to view the entire video. Enjoy!
A little while ago, we were approached by the wonderful duo at Form L.A., Rafael Kalichstein and Joshua Rose, asking us to take part in the Good Shepherd Charity Design Project. The project was about creating a comfortable, inspiring living space within the Good Shepherd temporary housing facility for homeless women & children. The facility and this project are meant to help women of all ages get back on their feet. We were thrilled to take part in such a special and unique opportunity to give back. Thank you Rafi and Josh for inviting us to help.

While browsing through the latest issue of Toronto Life, I came across their STYLE HANDBOOK: The city's first anthropological guide to fashion. Among this eclectic group is KPMG Advisor Luke Pelosi, nicknamed "The Bay Street Jedi". Needless to say, the man has style and I was thrilled that he listed Au Lit Fine Linens as one of his must-haves. Mr.Pelosi, since we've only worked with your designer, please get in touch with us so we can personally thank you!

Thanks to Emily of Cupcakesandcashmere.com for featuring us on her blog recently! She mentioned her beautiful new scalloped & monogrammed Au Lit sheets in her "Five Things" post...
Monogramming is such a classic way to personalize your linens. At Au Lit, we can monogram anything - your initials, your full name or even a cute slogan (I LOVE YOU!) We offer a HUGE range of colours. Monogramming starts at $25.00 for the first 3 letters and $6 for every additional letter. (Custom designs are priced on an individual basis.)
