It's hard to get me away from my favourite colour palette - skylight blue, white + deep grey - but in the spring & summer months, even I've been known to fall in love with bright colours. I know a lot of brands are doing amazing bold colours - DwellStudio, CocoCozy - but for those of us who still love a more traditional look, Pine Cone HIll has managed to stay true to its cottagey spirit and also be fresh and current.

Designer Annie Selke has done an outstanding job creating and establishing the Pine Cone Hill vibe. Whether she's doing classic beachy stripes in blues, or a wildly fun palette of lime, yellow, fuscia and tiffany blue, PCH is that perfect collection for summer: vibrant, youthful, whimsical, trendy and fun.

We recently did a Trendsday post on Inkblot which generated a lot of enthusiastic feedback. In keeping with the trend, we've just created a cool wall display with this stunning Inkblot art. Each piece is original and framed in beautiful gold gilt. We think they are absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully current. What do you think?

Yesterday, Joanna featured our 'Washed Cotton' scented Linen Water in her video: "How to use linen water?" It's one of our favourite scents (of all time!) and it's also available in K.Hall's Soap, Hand & Body Cream, Room Spray, Liquid Soap and Candle. This stunning scent combines touches of lavender and chamomile to create a clean, pure scent reminiscent of freshly laundered cotton. We think you'll love it as much as we do.

If you want to go with a seasonal trend in your bedroom - (for instance, Pantone's colour of the year, Tangerine) - I recommend using those bolder, "hot" colours and patterns as accents, as opposed to for the foundation (walls, sheets, drapes.) One of our favourite brands in the store for amazing throws and deco cushions is Coco Cozy, a Los Angeles company that focuses on bright, graphic accessories for the home. We stock a range of their products and we can custom order anything from their collection. I know it's only the beginning of February, but I'm hoping this gets you excited for spring!
